Jiangsu Hengshen signed a contract with Qingdao Haier subsidiary to promote the application of carbon fiber composite materials in the home appliance industry

Jiangsu Hengshen Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu, China) disclosed on November 6 that the company recently signed a “Modular Product Purchasing Framework Contract” with Qingdao Haidayuan Procurement Service Co., Ltd. The two parties will achieve mutual creation and win-win cooperation through participation in user interaction, modular design and modular supply.

Haiyuanda is one of the subsidiaries of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600690.SH, referred to as “Qingdao Haier”), a global leading provider of better-life solutions, and a manufacturer of household appliances with a focus on smart home solutions and customized mass production. Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. was listed in the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (CEINEX D-Share) in October this year.

The main content and methods of cooperation between the two parties are:
Qingdao Haier is committed to creating a zero-distance dynamic open interactive platform, attracting world-class modular suppliers to participate in user interaction, and providing outstanding modular solutions to form a shared ecosystem.
Jiangsu Hengshen is willing to accept and undertake Qingdao Haier's modular strategy, and continuously improve user interaction, modular design, testing and supply capabilities for the best user experience.

According to the contract, Haidayuan will purchase module products from Hengshen. The agreement between Jiangsu Hengshen and Haiyuanda marks the beginning of what is expected to be a long and successful partnership. The signing of this contract will help the company continue to promote the application of carbon fiber composite materials in the home appliance industry, and further expand the application field of carbon fiber composite materials.
