法格塞达参加第四届中国国际车用复合材料创新研讨会

       2020年9月3日,法格塞达以赞助商的身份参加了在上海举办的第26届国际复合材料工业技术展览会同期举办的四届国际车用复合材料创新研讨会。

       Fagor Arrasate has sponsored the fourth automotive innovation conference of the 26th international composites expo in Shanghai on September 3, 2020.


       法格塞达上海代表处首席代表徐海华先生作了题目为“CRTM工艺优化发动机罩的制造成本”的报告。介绍了法格塞达和蒙特拉贡大学参与“欧洲之星计划”的ADVANCRTM项目的情况,该项目还包括了合作方奥地利的模具制造商阿尔派(Alpex),意大利Riba(Bucci集团),法国骆图(Roctool)和瑞士西北应用技术大学(Fhnw)。

       Mr. Xu Haihua, chief representative of Fagor Arrasate Shanghai Representative Office, made a report entitled Cost Effective Bonnet Manufacturing by CRTM. This report gave a detailed introduction of ADVANCRTM project, one of the EuroStar project that Fagor Arrasate and Mondragon University joined,which also includes other partners like Austrian mold manufacturer Alpex, Italian Riba (Bucci group), France Roctool and University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).


       报告详细介绍了CRTM工艺相比低压RTM和HP-RTM工艺的突出优势。在项目实施并样品生产前,我们对原料的定型,树脂注入方式和压缩进行了多次实验模拟。

       In the presentation Fagor Arrasate highlights the advantage of compression RTM (C-RTM) compared to Low pression RTM or HP-RTM. During the project characterization of the raw materials are done, also injection and compression simulations and laboratory tests before real prototype manufacturing.

       该项目由法格塞达主导,将马萨拉蒂某车型的前发罩由CRTM工艺替代预浸料热压罐成形工艺,最终产成品达到了车身部件A级质量标准,全工艺耗时4.5分钟,大大低于现有工艺的时间。

       This project lead by Fagor aims to apply CRTM instead of Prepreg Autoclave in manufacturing Maserati bonnet. The final product reached the targeted A class quality standard. The whole process only took 4.5 minutes, which greatly reduced the processing time compared to current one.

       法格塞达参与了项目中的成形压力设计,并因此向市场推出了HCL液压机。具有快速合模并建压,精准平行度控制及工作台扰度控制,该压力机能耗低且占地空间小。

Fagor Arrasate has contributed to the design of forming press in this project and has launched HCL press therefore. This press can close mold fast and build pressure, have accurate parallelism control and bench deflection control with lower energy consumption and smaller space.
