Sichuan Chuangyue Carbon Material Co., Ltd is a joint venture, established by Chuangyue Energy Group and Xinjiang Tianquan Investment Corporation. A registered capital of 100 million Yuan allows it a vigorous performance in the technological development, production and sales of rayon carbon fiber, as well as other composite materials. The project seated in Langzhong is a nationally approved high-tech project, covering an area of 569.52 mu (roughly 38 hectares). An annual capacity of 2,000 tons of carbon fiber will contribute to the annual revenue of 5 billion Yuan. The summation of profit and taxes amount 1.5 billion Yuan. 4,500-5,000 new jobs will be created. The first phrase, a chopped carbon fiber project with annual capacity of 300 tons, costing 1.08 billion Yuan, will be completed by 2015. The second phrase, doubling the investment of the first, will be completed by 2020, aiming at extending the industrial chain of high-performance carbon fiber and composite materials.
